Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund
  1. Payment once made cannot be refunded.
  2. Based on legitimate customer claim, contract cancellation can be accepted and refund could be offset with service at the discretion of Cosy Cars.
  3. On a case by case basis, it could be envisaged to refund on a pro-rata basis after offsetting the number of services utilized, provided the services could not be continued further.
  4. The service discontinuity could be entertained only on the following reasons
  5. If customer is not satisfied with the service and proves with enough evidences to substantiate the claim, the refund on pro-rate basis can be initiated
  6. Due to operational difficulty with respect to Geography, climate, violence, natural calamities, circumstances or anything similar; if the management decides to discontinue the service to the customer then the refund on pro-rate basis can be initiated
  7. We (Cosy Cars) reserve the right in our sole discretion to decide on any refund. Customer hereby agree that they do not hold any right to claim refund in any circumstance.
  8. Cosy Cars do not hold any responsibility to refund in case of failed online (through payment gateway or any digital mode) & POS (Point of Sale) transaction. Customer shall check with their appropriate bank to ensure that the refund is appropriately made
  9. In cases of where dual payment is done for one service, it shall be discussed and mutually agreed with the customer on the mode of refund. The mode could be either in the form of service or monetary refund.
  10. In no aspect CASH refund is permitted
  11. Refund request shall be placed via feedback/complaints section in the mobile application or customer may decide to send an email to support@cosycars.in
  12. Once refund request is accepted and acknowledged by Cosy Cars for monetary refund, it may take 7 to 14 working days to receive refund in customer’s bank account.
